| Purpose of Club/Organization: |
The purpose of this club is to fulfill the club’s motto
of "Caring-Our Way of Life." Community service through
organized club projects and individual service hours is standard.
School spirit and pride is emphasized while interacting with KEY
clubs from other schools in the city, state, California, Hawaii,
and the nation also done. |
| Criteria for membership: |
All PVHS students are invited to join. Club requiresments include
the following: a dedication to serving the community and willingness
to interact with other members is \"key.\" A minimum of
10 hours per quarter and an availability to attend majority of functions
is strongly encouraged. A $10 membership fee is due in the fall.

| Activities and functions: |
Many interactive community service events are planned throughout
the year. KEY club forms a family-like relationship with our Kiwanis
Family and inter-clubs like NHS/Student Council. Divisional Council
Meetings once a month, Fall Rally Spirit Competition at Six Flags
Magic Mountain (Fall), District Convention in CA(Spring). Fundraisers
are used to raise money either for the club or for other organizations,
and social events held by KEY clubs in Las Vegas keep the KEY club
members spirited--always excited to serve. |
