Please remember to take into consideration the shortened days for testing at the end of each semester as well as changes to the rotation because of staff development days, HSPE, CRTs, etc. Changes to submitted calendars will only be handled ASAP when the problem that exists is outside your control. While we will make all requested changes, they may be prioritized behind more urgent issues that might arise during the school year. Consequently, we can't promise the changes will be made as quickly as you would like to see them reflected in your calendar. Please plan carefully.

Please note the end-of- grading periods and the staff development days: End-of-semester days must be coded for whatever periods will be testing that day. Staff development days must be coded for attendance by all students.
