School announcements delivered by telephone to parents are also available to view online. For added convenience, parents with more than one student at CCSD are able to access all of their children's information at various schools from the same Web page. Parent's first-time login and password are assigned by the child's school at the beginning of the school year. Parent logins have greater rights than those of the students, so we ask you to keep your passcodes in a secure place. Students will have their own logins to check their grades only. |

| 1. Your account passcode has already been generated. 2. You may obtain your login account information from the attendance desk in the center of the main office building from 7:00AM to 3:00PM. We ask that you please bring a photo ID. Information can only be given to parents or guardians listed on the students permanent record. 3. In addition, we will be distributing passcodes at the Freshman orientation and during Open House. 4. Your child will receive his/hers during alpha homeroom on the first day of school. |
