2007-2008 REGISTRATION Hours
Monday - Friday
7:00am - 11:00am

Documents needed to register:
* School Registration Packet - completed
* One proof of address - must be current and must be in the parent's/guardian's name.
(example: power, water, gas - no telephone, no cable)
* Parent/Guardian Photo I.D.

Students NEW to Clark County School District must also bring:
* Birth Certificate
* Immunization Record
* Previous School's Transcript

Palo Verde High School Registration/Withdrawal hours from 7:00am to 11:00am Monday through Thursday (subject to change, call 799-1450 ext 4065).

Requesting Transcripts: We prefer that student/parent come in to fill out the request form, it is about a two/three day turn around. If you need transcripts sent to a college, please bring a self-addressed stamped envelope. Other wise, they can be picked up in the registrars office with ID. If you can not make it in, please write a letter with the following information and fax it to 799-1455: Student name, date of birth, year graduated, what type of transcript, and we will need a copy of ID when picked up.
