- 31 JAN 12 - Air Campaign Briefings begin. Click here to access the Air University source document (it’s a big file so it may take a few minutes!!). Remember, for LE you’re being graded on how well you present the material. For AS, you’re being graded on whether or not you cover these five areas:
- Air Campaign Setting (where did it occur?)
- Mission (what was the stated goal of the campaign?)
- Air Operations (what kind of missions were flown? Close air support? bombing? airlift?, etc.)
- Aircraft used (what specific aircraft were used in the campaign?) This may be combined with Air Operations on the same slide if it makes your presentation easier.
- Outcome (were the goals met?)
- Please make sure you bring your briefing in at least one day ahead of time so we can put it on the computer.

- AS = write a three page, 12pt font, one inch margins, double spaced paper on any Aerospace Development leader. Answer the following questions:
- Biographic information
- What impact did they have on the development of human flight?
- Which Core Values did they exemplify?
- If you could ask them one question, what would it be? Why?
- Pictures and reference/title pages do NOT count towards your three pages.
- LE = you may raise your LE grade by up to two letter grades by printing out this Science Guide and completing all exercises (24 total). Take the quiz at the end and turn all of it for the extra credit.

- 16 SEP 11 - AS=Core Values paragraphs due. Cadets will write one paragraph (5-7 sentences) on each of the eight Core Values and how they have experienced that Core Value in their life. DO NOT define the Core Values. I know what they mean. Relate them to your life.
- 13 SEP 11 - Open House! (1830-2030). Special video showing at 1900, 1930 and 2000.
- 13 SEP 11 - LE=Read Chapters 1-6 in the Cadet Guide.
- 13 SEP 11 - AS=Study for Core Values definitions test. Everyone will take!
