NHSPE TESTING Special NHSPE district-wide testing will take place on Tues. Mar. 9th. If you are a 9th grader or proficient 11th & 12th grader, you WILL NOT attend school this day. If you are a 10th grader or Non-Proficient 11th or 12th graders, you WILL attend school to participate in testing.All Non-Proficient 11th & 12th graders have been informed of the test or tests they need to complete. The Millennium scholarship Students (Class of 2009) must have a 3.25 (weighted or unweighted) GPA. In addition to this, they must have completed the core curriculum (four English, four Math (including Algebra II), three Natural Sciences, three Social Science/History totaling fourteen credits). Palo High School Band "Due the shift to a six period school day and crowded sports fields in the afternoons, the Palo High School Band will begin their outdoors rehearsals earlier than normal this school year.Beginning Monday, August 20, 2009, the Palo Verde High School Band will begin rehearsal at 6:10am each Monday until December 14, 2009. (Note: If Monday is a holiday or day without students, the 6:10am rehearsal will be moved to Tuesday.)Beginning Tuesday, August 21, 2009, the Palo High School Band will begin rehearsal at 6:45am on Tuesday – Friday until December 18, 2009.The Palo High School Band will be rehearsing outdoors at the PVHS Stadium. We apologize for noise disruptions to the immediate neighborhoods."
