The Charles and Phyllis Frias Legacy Scholarship is one of the most meaningful and impactful scholarships awarded in our community. While many awards focus primarily on academic performance, the Frias Legacy Scholarship recognizes something deeper. It honors students who have demonstrated resilience, character, and the ability to persevere through significant challenges that took place during their high school journey.  Students are selected not just for what they have achieved in the classroom, but for the obstacles they have overcome and the determination they have shown in continuing to move forward.
