New to CCSD Student
Step 1. Ensure you are zoned for Palo Verde High School

Step 2: Please fill out the Online Registration (OLR) through Infinite Campus. (Click link under New to District)

**After receiving a confirmation email from the PVHS Registrar, proceed to Steps 3 & 4.**

Step 3: Bring required documents to the PVHS Registrar's office during registration hours. 

  • Infinite Campus Application Number

  • Student's original birth certificate (translated if not in English)

  • Immunization Record
    Student's complete immunization record  (if you're a NV resident, you can find them here).

  • Parent/Guardian ID
    (Must be a valid driver’s license or government ID that matches the parent listed on the student’s birth certificate.)

  • Proof of Address 
    Gas, water or electric bill (must be dated within 30 days).

  • Previous School Unofficial Transcript or Withdrawal Form with Transfer Grades (if mid-semester). 

  • IEP/504 (if applicable)

 

All required documents must be submitted at the time of enrollment, partial submissions will not be accepted.

Step 3: Ensure Proof of Address documents are readily accessible in the event our Registrar's office requires further documentation.

What is CCSD Shared Housing?
  • CCSD Shared Housing handles all shared housing living situations. 
  • Shared Housing is a living situation in which a family does not have their own residence so they do not have proof of address in their name (a lease, mortgage, gas, water or power bill) because the family is living with a friend or relative.
