Senior Checkout Procedures

2025 - 2026

Seniors must “clear” financially and academically in order to officially checkout of Palo

Verde High School. They must have three financial stamps (banker, librarian, technology)

and one “COMPLETED” academic stamp. “COMPLETED” stamps are given by

counselors after academic review of the checkout card.

1. Receive your senior checkout card during your first final exam.
2. Go to EVERY teacher to get the checkout card signed/stamped.
3. Pay any library, bank fines. Be sure you have both stamped.
4. Go to ROOM 908 to turn in chromebooks, chargers...
5. Turn in your checkout card to the counseling office when your card is completely
6. filled out.
